Hi, My name is Laila and I am a licensed massage therapist in Des Moines, Iowa.  I am a recent graduate of Body Wisdom Massage School where I learned multiple different modalities and techniques that allow me to work on anyone almost anywhere, which means there is no danger of a cookie cutter treatment and I adapt my treatments to the each individual client's needs. 

Never had a massage before but want to try?? Please don't let the spa image/categorization of massage stop you, we will work with whatever amount of clothes you need on to be comfortable. So call and we will see what we can arrange so that you are comfortable and able to relax. 

The massage modalities with which I have experience include: swedish, lymphatic, rebalancing/Traeger, resistive stretching, trigger point, bamboo and Jin Shin Jystsu.
